How do you select tenants for my property?

We market your property across trusted channels and conduct a comprehensive screening process including credit checks, references and employment verification. Only qualified applicants who meet your criteria are considered.

How often will I receive financial reports?

You will receive detailed monthly statements outlining all income and expenses. Additional reports can be generated upon request through our online portal.

How much do you charge, and how does the maintenance fund work?

Our full-service management fee is 25% of monthly rental income. From that amount, 10% is allocated to your property's maintenance fund to cover routine repairs and preventative upkeep. Your owner dashboard shows your maintenance fund level and all related maintenance activity.

How do you transfer funds internationally to owners in Canada?

We use Wise for international transfers because it is fast, transparent, and provides competitive exchange rates. You’ll see transfer details reflected in your monthly statements and dashboard reporting.

What happens if my property is vacant?

We actively market vacant properties and provide you with updates on inquiries and viewings. During vacancy, we ensure the property is secure and maintained to attract quality tenants quickly.

Can I access information about my property online?

Yes. Our secure client portal allows you to view financial statements, maintenance updates and important documents anytime, anywhere.
